About me

I spent a decade and a half in the fashion world as a model, which gave me the opportunity to walk the runways of many major companies both in Hungary and abroad. That allowed me to see world-class quality from the other side of the brush. I’ve been working as a professional make-up artist since 2007. My cosmetology qualification is an important foundation of my career. Beyond domestic assignments, I gained several years of professional experience in Barcelona, Málaga, Marbella and Vienna. I do make-up for photo shoots, fashion shows, films and commercials, as well as special occasions and events. I’ve worked with the teams of global brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York and M.A.C. Cosmetics. I’ve also been invited to major television shows and spent a longer period as a resident make-up artist at one of Hungary’s leading commercial TV channels. I believe high-quality work is only possible through continuous development, so it has always been important to stay up to date with the newest techniques and trends. Between 2016 and 2021 I ran my own make-up studio in Budapest under the name Makeup by Edina Pro Academy, where I shared my knowledge and experience through professional make-up education. Currently my main focus is bridal make-up and permanent make-up. Beyond cosmetic facial tattooing, my portfolio also includes—and it’s close to my heart—medical tattooing, which you can follow under the name Medotattoo.
